Eripio Health and University of Lancashire Forge Innovative Collaboration to Advance Postgraduate Clinical Education 🎓
Eripio Health Ltd is proud to announce a new collaboration with the University of Lancashire’s School of Medicine and Dentistry. This collaboration will establish a strategic framework for the development of an innovative postgraduate programme in immediate and emergency clinical care. This initiative will serve both Eripio Health’s advanced clinical workforce and a broader community of healthcare professionals across the UK and beyond.
The collaboration is underpinned by a shared vision: to bridge the gap between academic excellence and frontline emergency medicine. By leveraging the academic infrastructure and expertise of the University and combining it with Eripio Health’s operational and clinical leadership in prehospital and remote care, the two organisations will co-design a programme tailored to the complex and evolving demands of modern emergency healthcare.
Dr Daniel Leach, Medical Director of Eripio Health Ltd:
“This collaboration marks a significant step forward for Eripio Health. Our clinicians operate in some of the most dynamic and challenging settings; air ambulances, HEMS and remote medicine, they deserve access to postgraduate learning that reflects that reality. By working with the University of Lancashire, we aim to shape education that is not only academically robust, but clinically meaningful and accessible."
The future programmes will focus on equipping advanced clinicians such as Paramedics, Doctors and Nurses with the enhanced knowledge and capabilities in remote medicine, critical prehospital emergency care, advanced clinical decision-making, leadership, and health systems thinking. The course will be designed with flexibility and accessibility in mind, incorporating hybrid delivery modes and practical relevance for clinicians working across our services.
This collaboration signals a shared commitment to co-develop solutions to some of healthcare’s most urgent challenges; especially the formal education gaps in critical care. The collaboration aligns with Eripio Health’s mission to deliver excellence in out-of-hospital care and with the University’s broader strategy to foster socially impactful education.
The groundwork has been laid for future academic, clinical, and research opportunities built on principles of trust, co-operation, and mutual respect.
Stay tuned for further updates as this groundbreaking programme begins development 🎓!
